Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your MKONE account and associated personal data.
From the app
Open the account menu and select Settings → Delete my account, then confirm.
From the web
Email privacy@mkone.app from your account email with the subject "Account and Data Deletion Request." Include your name for verification. Do not include your password.
What is deleted
On a verified request we delete the personal data associated with your account. Limited records may be retained where required by law. Requests are actioned promptly, typically within 30 days.
